Support for the Life You Choose
ABCD provides individualized Supported Living Services designed around each person’s needs, goals, abilities, and choices. From everyday routines to community participation and 24-hour support, we help individuals build skills, increase independence, and live life on their own terms
What Are Supported Living Services?
Supported Living Services (SLS) help adults with developmental disabilities live in a home of their own while receiving the individualized support they need to live safely, confidently, and as independent as possible.
At ABCD, support is built around the individual-not the other way around. Services are guided by each person’s Individual Program Plan (IPP), Personal goals, preferences, abilities, and support needs.
Whether someone needs assistance for a few hours each day or requires 24-hour support, our role is to provide the right level of assistance while encouraging choice, independence, and greater control over everyday life.
Your Home. • Your Choices. • Your Goals.

How Your Support Is Built.
Your Goals Lead The Way
Support begins with understanding you-your routines, strengths, preferences, needs, relationships, and the things you want to accomplish.
ABCD works alongside each individual their Regional Center service coordinator, and the people they choose to involve in their support.

The Right Support. At The Right Time.
Every individual has different strengths, routines, goals, and support needs. ABCD provides services according to each persons Individualized Program Plan (IPP) and authorized level of support.
Support may focus on specific routines or activities, occur during scheduled periods throughout the day, or-when authorized-be available around the clock.
Regardless of the level of support, our approach remains the same: provide the assistance that is needed while preserving choice, privacy, dignity, and independence.
Present when needed. Encouraging independence whenever possible
Getting Started With ABCD
Connect With Us
Contact ABCD to share basic information about the individual, their goals, current living situation, and the type of support being requested.
Getting support should feel clear from the beginning.
Whether you’re an individual, family member, or Regional Center service coordinator, getting started begins with a conversation. We take time to understand the individual, answer questions, and determine whether ABCD is the right fit for the support being requested.
Referral & Information Review
We coordinate with the individual, their chosen support team, and Regional Center to review the referral, IPP, authorized services, and other relevant information.
Meet & Assess
We meet with the individual to learn about their routines, preferences, strengths, goals, home environment, and support needs.
You remain involved every step of the way.
Questions are encouraged. Choices are respected. Services begin with understanding the person-not simply filling a schedule
Build Your Support
If ABCD is the right fit and services are authorized, we develop the individualized support plan, prepare staffing, and coordinate the transition or start of services.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
The right support starts with the right conversation.
Whether you’re an individual, family member, or Regional Center service coordinator, ABCD is ready to learn more about the support you’re looking for and help determine the next step.
Questions are always welcome. There’s no pressure- just a conversation about what support could look like.
